Returns & Exchanges
The Return and Exchange Policy described below applies only to online purchases made through our website.
Thank you for your patronage! We hope that you are happy with the items you have selected. Any defective or wrongly shipped merchandise can be returned / exchanged within 30 days of invoice date for domestic orders. Returns/exchanges will not be accepted after above stated period.
For international orders, please note that refunds are only available after returns have been made within 30 days of the delivery date. We apologise that we are unable to process any exchanges for international orders. If you received a defective or incorrect item, please contact Customer Service.
Your payment for the goods will be refunded via the original method, no later than 3 weeks after we have received the returned merchandise. Please note that shipping and handling charges and sales tax are not refundable. It is recommended that you send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org for advice before you make any returns or exchanges.
IN-STORE EXCHANGE (DOMESTIC ORDERS ONLY)
For domestic orders, you may choose to make your exchange at either ION or Plaza Singapura MITJU stores in Singapore only. Exchanges must be made within 30 days of the invoice date, in original condition, unworn and accompanied with an order invoice. Please note that we are unable to process refunds at our stores for all online purchases. Please note that there will be a top-up required for higher price differences and no refund available for lower price items exchanged.
EXCHANGE BY MAIL
Defective or wrongly shipped item(s)
Upon inspection, if item(s) is deemed defective or wrongly shipped, an exact replacement, if available, will be shipped to you free of charge. If your exact replacement is out of stock, we will process a refund back to the same form as the original order payment method. In order to receive credit for your return shipping cost, you must attach the along with the Return Form.
RETURN BY MAIL
Follow the instructions below to package your return and mail it back to us:
1. Your package will include an order invoice, a return form and/or customs documents. Complete the Return Form by listing the Item code, description, return reason code and return quantity. Retain your original order invoice for your records.
2. Pack and seal your return merchandise securely, in the original carton and packaging, and include the completed return form and Customs Documents (if applicable).
3. Affix our shipping address over your mailing address.
4. Affix enclosed pre-printed Merchandise Return Label to the outside of your return package. Please note that the Return Label is not pre-paid, therefore, you will be responsible for the return shipping cost. Shipping and handling charges and sale taxes on shipping are not refundable.
5. Make sure no other tracking labels are shown.

We suggest that you post via Priority Mail and request a delivery confirmation tracking number. This will ensure that you will receive confirmation when the package is delivered to us. You will also have a means of tracking your package should it become lost in the mail.
Please allow a lead time of 2-3 weeks from the return shipped date for your account to be credited, and 1-2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement.
Once your product is delivered to the default return address, the credit for the returned item(s) will be credited to your credit or debit card.
Your credit or debit card will be authorised and charged as a new transaction when your order/exchange item(s) are processed and shipped.
These two transactions may occur within the same day. The availability of funds in your account may depend upon the amount of time it takes your bank to clear the funds (often up to 3 business days).
Please allow two weeks for your return to be processed. A credit should appear on your account within two billing cycles.
MITJU ships your package DDU, "duties and taxes unpaid", and does not collect VAT, duties and/or taxes as we would not know what the particular charges may be. For more information regarding your country's custom policies please contact your local customs office.
Postage in local country affiliates will charge the recipient all applicable duty, taxes, and/or brokerage fees C.O.D. in the local currency at the time of delivery. All taxes, duties and customs fees are the responsibility of the recipient of the package. Your local post office or courier can give you information on the method of payment accepted for the duties, taxes and other fees collected upon delivery.
