Delivery and Shipping

Please allow up to 24 hrs for the processing of your order prior to shipping. As soon as your order is dispatched from our warehouse, you will be sent an email and tracking number to confirm that your package is on its way.

Domestic (Singapore only)

MITJU offers a flat island-wide delivery charge of SGD $10.00, regardless of the quantity purchased. Though we provide island-wide delivery in Singapore, we are unable to deliver to the following restricted locations/areas: Airports, Sentosa Island, Military Camps/Areas, Protected Areas, Changi Airfreight Center, Jurong Port, PSA Terminal/Wharves, Jurong Island and other offshore islands. All delivery charges will be borne by the sender for any unsuccessful delivery to the above mentioned restricted areas/locations.

Please allow 3 - 5 working days for your shipment to arrive. Upon Checkout, you are required to choose from two delivery timings: 12pm - 5pm or 5pm- 8pm. If you have a specific delivery date request including weekends or public holidays, please input this into our delivery instructions field box. If you are not around when the parcel is being delivered, the courier service will leave a delivery absence slip afterwhich you may call for re-delivery. The delivery of your package may be delayed if no one is present at the time of delivery. In the unlikely event that your item is missing from your order, please contact us and follow the directions from our customer care.

International

MITJU ships to most foreign countries. Please note that some countries will impose tariffs on items shipped abroad. The customer is responsible for any country specific tariffs and duties added by their respective government. For international delivery, your delivery charges vary with the countries selected. Rates will be auto-calculated for you when you go through the check out process.

Please allows 7 – 14 working days for your shipment to arrive. Delivery time may be affected due to unforeseen circumstances (i.e. delay in customs clearance of destination country, missed/cancelled dispatches). In the unlikely event that your item is missing from your order please contact and follow the directions from our customer care.
